ASSISTANT ARTIST MANAGER

This role as a Assistant Artist Manager located in the Amsterdam Area. As a Assistant Artist Manager at HUNCH, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to artist management. You will work closely with artists, creators, and brands to support their career growth, handle logistics and scheduling, assist with marketing and promotional activities, and facilitate communication between stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting our Artist and Brand Managers 
  • Project management 
  • Email management (ensuring timely responses)
  • Agenda management 
  • Establishing (long-term) collaborations
  • Ad-hoc tasks for talents and partners


Requirements:

  • Strong passion for and understanding of the music and entertainment industry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • No 9 to 5 mentality
  • Masters Dutch and English language
